Please help! Trying to find some jig skirts!
Please help! Trying to find some jig skirts!
Just had a quick question, I've been looking for a while now for a skirting material that is very similar to the bitsy bug made by strike king. I would like it in straight black or in black with some red flakes in it but not too much. I'm also looking for one in those same colors that has a textured feel to it like some ridges along the skirt material Open to any suggestions so please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Check out FlatlandsCustomTackle.com
I am not affiliated in any way. I had him make some custom hand tied jigs for me last year and really like his work. I think he could get you what you want.

i'd check out tackle warehouse's stock and perhaps "Metallic Foil Silicone Strips" in Black/Red at Jann's netcraft.

Fishingskirts.com and select the finesse skirts, they are perfect for finesse jigs like the bitsy bug. You do have to tie them yourself though.
