What jig trailer for slowest fall?

Jig it, spin it, buzz it, if it's got a wire or a lead head, it can and will be discussed in here.

What jig trailer for slowest fall?

Post by vncnt » Mon Jan 29, 2018 7:16 pm

Looking for a trailer to slow down the fall of pitchin and flippin jigs. I usually use a beaver style bait as a trailer on 3/8-1/2 oz jigs but I want to get a slower fall. Thinking about using rage craws or zoom ultra vibes. What does everyone else use to get their jigs to fall slower?

The most buoyant plastic and the bigger the trailer will slow the fall. The Zman elaztech is very buoyant. Also trailers with out salt will fall slower.I believe Zoom trailers float as well.

Thanks fellas. Buoyant, no salt, lots of resistance. I'll try some trailers out.
