I need help with this skirt.

Jig it, spin it, buzz it, if it's got a wire or a lead head, it can and will be discussed in here.

There was a tool that would allow you to stuff skirt material in it and slip the skirt collar on it.

I don't know where mines went but i have some loose skirt material and wanted to know what you guys are using to either customize your skirts or to put new collars on old skirts?

Skirtmaster tool. Been using one for 20 years now. They are still made and I personally think the best tool out there for loose stranded skirts.

Many years ago, a friend of mine told me he uses a piece of copper wire with the coating stripped off. Just bend a small loop in the end after putting the tubing over it first , then slide the tubing collar over the skirt strands after putting them in the looped end....cost is zero!
