I know about the chatterbait patent that was granted last year. I hadn't seen much fall out from it, until I saw this on the hook up tackle, a patent infringement sale

Is this going to start happening more on vibrating jigs? Is it only Phenix? TW still has plenty available and no mention of them going away.

Any chance this starts to spread? I really like the Phenix vibrating jig (among several that I like) and so I'm curious.
