How many blade combinations do you carry?
How many blade combinations do you carry?
How many different blade combinations do you typically carry? I still use for the most part colorado/willow or double willow. When I look at manufacturers websites and see the many other combinations available I think "I gotta try some of those" but it is probably unrealistic for me to try to carry them all.
Outside of the common ones I listed above I feel most compelled to try to mix in some indiana blades. Even there I see options for colorado/indiana, indiana/willow, double indiana,etc...
Too many choices?

I personally have had good results with double indiana blades in cold water, they seem to offer a good
balance between lift (for slow retrieves) and flash, plus a nice subtle vibration. Hope this helps, Eric.

It seems that my biggest producers are either double willow or single colorado.
Double willows for anything deeper than 8FOW, and colorado's are awesome any shallower than that.
I own some double colorado's, single indiana's and I just don't seem to have too much confidence in them.

I only carry colorado/willow and double willow. Double willow for burning in baits and colorado/willow for slowing down or also fishing around stumps.

Now I only carry colorado/willow and double willow. I use the former in dirty water and/or when I want a slower retrieve, which is typically in colder water. I use the latter for fishing around grass and/or clearer water. In the past I've used double colorado spinnerbaits in cold, dirty water with pretty good results.
Re: How many blade combinations do you carry?
I keep single colorados and single willows near the top of my spinner binder. When the double willows or tandems dont produce the solos some times do. I also have a sebile pro shad finess with its odd shaped blades. Havent thrown it yet, but I plan to once the season opens up.

Re: How many blade combinations do you carry?
I carry double willows for fishing fast in clear water, a couple double Indianas for dingier water or real windy days in clear water, and several single willows for slow rolling along weedlines in clear water. Do have a few single Colorados for night fishing or bad algae blooms.

I keep it really simple. Double willow or colorado/willow tandem blades.
