hey guys...just wanted to know if anyone has any information on who makes the blanks and rods for cabelas xml series of rods...was thinking of purchasing one...thanks

A great rod. I bought the XML with the 2000 Prodigy reel. It has 9 guides and it is a sweet rod. It's real firm which I like for top water. I fish salt water in Florida out of a kayak & the rod has handled 20lb redfish on 6lb line.
I go way back with smallmouth & I know this rod would be ideal. I did go back & buy the weighs to balance the pivot better. It didn't take much.
