Ugh, don't know, but I know it won't have any bail return problems
because it's still the magnetic system. :D
When is it supposed to be out?

I've got the Cabelas Prodigy, which is a souped up Daiwa Capricorn (7 bearings). I've not had any bail problems so far.

I also own a 2003 Catalyst CT10. The spare spool did not include the much touted ceramic drag washer. I'm wondering if this is the case with the 2004 model.

Finally, I wish that the 2004 Catalyst would have incorporated the smooth welded bail to roller bearing transition found on new Shimano Stradics, Sustains, and Sustains, as well as on the Daiwa Capricorn.

yeah, the 2003 didn't have ceramic washers on the Catalyst,
but according to the Energy PTi review, that one will have it.
That's definitely nice to have!

Guys,

To clarify, my 2003 Quantum Catalyst CT10 PTI has the ceramic drag washer on the main spool, but it is not included on the spare spool.
