It’s MG Secret Shadow and I’ve only seen it available as a JDM color, got mine from a Japanese Ebay seller. I picked it up for night fishing shallow flats

It is called a Baby Gill-JP and the one I have is a JR (not sure if it only comes in a JR). I bought it from Japan, not the referenced link above, and they are out of it, but it should be pretty easily sourced.
