Favorite Mid-Range Crankbait (8-12 feet)
Re: Favorite Mid-Range Crankbait (8-12 feet)
I have been playing with the 6th Sense line of crankbaits and I have been pretty impressed. I used to use a lot of Strike King and Norman baits but I'm starting to make some changes.

6th sense cloud or crush series or Rapala DT
Re: Favorite Mid-Range Crankbait (8-12 feet)
I have been fishing more of the cloud series and really like them. I use more of the crush for shallow water. My favorite thing to do is fish the Cloud 10 or 15 on 15lb line is less then 10 feet of water. Fishing it slow and bumping trees is awesome. The Crush50 has become a big part my squarebill line of baits. I still like the SK 1.5 and 2.5 but some of the colors of 6th Sense are hard to beat.

SPRO Fat Papa 55 has worked well, the Rapala DT10 is a staple of most fisherman, SPRO Rock Crawler 55 is okay too, I haven't tried one yet but the new KVD Deep Squarebill doesn't look too bad...

Fat Pappa 55...hands down the best all-around crank I have ever tied on. Works from hot to cold. Don't forget the 6A Bomber though - out of fashion but catches fish.
