Lucky craft Lipless pointer 170/180

Post by hmnginmn » Fri Mar 08, 2013 12:02 pm

Anyone try these yet? I was thinking about these for big lmb or muskies. For a musky lure it isnt overly expensive. Or if this one of those baits to stay away from. The lures have been out for a while now but tw just recently added it to their line up. What do you guys think?

Either the 170 or 180 will work,as well as savage gear 3d and swaver both the latter made in smaller as well as larger or smaller sizes and while they catch MUSKIE,also catch rather large bass.I use the large chart/flash savage gear 3d,first time out on ky lake got a 4 1/2 pder its like a large superfluke on steroids little input via rod or reel handle needed best of all cost under 20 bucks
Just got a 180 and 2 170 to try see no reason they should not work,so far ive tossed the savage gear and swaver both work in the reflective finishes. As to how they hold up to toothie critters dunno as took it away prior to a 5 ft alligator gar eating one,but at 20 a pop who cares.Ive seen some pics of muskie caught with them
