How good is the Yo-Zuri Banana Boat?

Post by smalljaw » Sat Apr 02, 2011 10:42 am

Does anyone have experience with the banana boat? I usually throw spooks and I have a few Sammys that have been good but I was wondering about the banana boat because my local Cabelas is blowing them out at 2.99 each so I bought a bunch, the bait monkey wouldn't leave me alone because of the price. I have a lot of success with the Jerk-O and the Crystal minnows but never tried this topwater out, so if anyone has an opinion I'd like to hear it, thanks.

I bought a bunch myself, but walk the dog performance so far is about average. I still haven't used it enough to really give a full assessment of it. It kind of works like a Sammy but still has it's own uniqueness.
