Spiderwire Ultra Cast

Post by BRONZEBACK32 » Sat Jan 25, 2020 4:21 pm

Has anyone tried this line
http://www.spiderwire.com/spiderwire-li ... ml#start=5

I was checking out some 6lb to throw on a spinning rod and it feels super smooth and almost like Fireline ultra 8

It is very smooth and manageable, but I like stealth smooth 8 better.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

This is my favorite braid. It's a little stiffer than Daiwa Samurai, and handles just as well.

My top braid choices:
1) Spiderwire Ultracast
2) Daiwa Samurai
3) Sufix Performance

Just picked up some Ultra Cast in 6lb and put it on my Stella.

Not in a hurry for ice fishing to end just yet but if it does I will be okay with early spring :big grin:
