Re: Color braid?
I prefer dark red, dark green, and fluorescent blue, green and yellow as well.
Why is there a concerted effort of hate? And why is it allowed?

Re: Color braid?
Oh you would ask that!
Man I have no idea really. I work for a rod and reel repair shop and we get sent all kinds of stuff from manufacturers wanting our approval or reviews on it or whatever, but the fluorescent blue braid came to us in the mail from some company in Italy is all I can remember now.
Sorry I can't be of more help. It is great line. Silky smooth. From Italy is all I can tell you.
I'll ask my boss and see if he remembers the brand name. I am presently using it on a couple of my Stradic spinning reels.

I'll see if I can find out from the shop. We may still have a couple of rolls of it laying around the shop. I think it was called Italian ice blue or something like that.
I think sufix makes an ice blue braid as well. I think they call it glacier blue.

Re: Color braid?
I prefer bright colors for braid: sky blue or organge, for example. I think fish dont afraid this, but for me it gives more control of baits.
Last season i used multicolor (1 color per 10 m) braid and it very nice - i always know how far is the bait from me.

Re: Color braid?
If you wish to see the line don't use blue!
I tried it once and that was enough for me. Most of the techniques I use I need to follow the line.

I like green and yellow, I personally would like just plain white without any die.

Fireline Ultra 8 in Crystal color. I use it on many reels. Easy to see and excellent line.BRONZEBACK32 wrote:I like green and yellow, I personally would like just plain white without any die.
