ready made leaders

Does anybody make a ready made leader, that you could use to attach a football jig, instead of tying it directly to your line.

How would you attach the leader to your mainline?

I use a few snaps that would work well for jigs too (although it would catch more grass.

If you tie a big loop on the end of your leader using something like a Rapala knot you can attach the jig to the loop without cutting a re-tying often, though if you are fishing jigs in rocks or cover re-tying occasionally is always a good idea.
