too thick?
I have been using 30lb Sufix 832 on my TDZs for quite a while..its fine. but... I have some 50lb seaguar smackdown here.. I am wondering if you think its too thick for the tdz... it would be Seaguar 50lb .037mm vs Sufix 30lb .029mm

Ttt
Re: too thick?
IMO.... No.
I know guys that use 20lb fluoro on their TDZ's and it's .43. Same guys use 60lb braid for frogging.
That being said if you don't like it, use smaller diameter line

I think it will work very well, Smack down is a fairly thin line comparing its rated strength to other brands. I have been using 40# on a FX73 that has a shallow spool without issues.

Depends what you are doing with I guess. I wouldn't do anything other than punch with the 80lb braid I have loaded on my Curado 201e. I know it's overkill, especially condisering I'll likely never see a double digit fish but I never have to worry about it. Ever.
As far a specifically for that reel? I can't see why it would be any different than any other general purpose BC.
Most can cast 50-65lb braid for frogs no problem, I don't think you'll run into issues.
