Best all around line for jerks and cranks

What do you think best all around line for doing jerks and cranks using same outfit. G Loomis MBR782c with Shimano 200DHSV. Thinking of trying Seaguar 10lb Senshi. Thanks for any opinions.

I personally prefer Fluorocarbon for jerkbaits and crankbaits. Sunline Sniper FC in 12#.

Sunline Sniper 10lb. If you want to throw top waters into the mix, than Defier 13 lb.

12# McCoy copolymer in extra clear. Also heard good things about yo-zuri copolymer as well.

If I want abrasion resistance I use P Line CXX Xtra Strong.

If open water fishing then P Line CX Premium.

I'm using this line more and more, just about only using fluoro for bottom contact and deep cranks.

I started using 10 lb. Seaguar Tatsu (I don't fish any cranks deeper than 14' or so) and it's absolutely superb. Handles almost as well as braid, is very sensitive and strong.

Budget - YZ Hybrid 8-10lb
MID level - Sniper in 10-12lb
Expensive - NO POINT!
You can find bulk spools of Hybrid dirt cheap, its just too good for the price to pass up. I prefer Sniper but never fish the Hybrid and lament that its not Sniper.

8 lb p-line cxx for me.

Another vote for YZ Hybrid. Found some 14000yard spools for just under 60 bucks on the auction site a few years back and it's been great. Cranking destroys your line faster than any other technique. I couldn't afford to change out 100 yards of FC line every 2 or 3 trips. So no point in using expensive line for cranking.

My go to cheap cranking lines are Pline CX premium 12 and YZ Hybrid 12. YZ H has lots of memory but relaxes with conditioner, it's also very strong. For my few more important trips a year Tatsu 10 or 12 is my favorite.

I like Sunline FC, it's kinda slick so seems to cast further then Sniper. Plus it's gets down deeper but the thing I like the best is the hookup ratio, it just has that little extra stretch which helps with Treeble Hook baits

12-15lb Seagaur inviz-x. I like the diameter, low stretch, abrasion resistance and knot strength. It's just a great all around line IMO.
