Camouflage faded braid
Anyone ever try using a black permanent marker to camouflage a faded braid line?
Re: Camouflage faded braid
All the time. Most of the time I don't even wait for it to fade I'll start marking it up right out of the package.

Yes and it works well. One line company (Vicious, maybe??) is making a braid sharpie...not that the specific one is needed.

Does tinting braid black work in gin clear water? I'm assuming you take the first few feet and tint all black versus every few inches. Considering doing something like this versus fishing Floro.

Yes it work very well when the line is new, but as it frays it becomes less and less affective.GARRIGA wrote:Does tinting braid black work in gin clear water?
