Penn Fathom Low Profile

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Bought a 300 LPHS & have it spooled with 12lb tatsu. Haven't fished it yet, though. Sure looks good & balances well on the 7'6 MH Daiwa Ardito I got to go with it. Feels well made from the little bit of playing with it I've done.

They are basically Revos. Abu Garcia and Penn are both owned by Pure Fishing.
