Looks more like Korean dual brakes than it does mag3d. Has static magnets and the same centrifugal dial as 13 and Okuma.

Truylinoya dual brake I believe. Basically a Kastking Spartacus branded as a Daiwa. I actually have the cheaper version without the metal handle and shallow but heavy spool for bay jigging with braid. There are branded as a "sportline" everywhere else. Sportline is a brand Daiwa owns that allows them to sell chineasium reels. The ones on Aliexpress are actually branded as Daiwas and call their dual brake system Magforce 3D.

These are so bad they are amusing. "Magforce 3D Break system"
