Where can I get the svs brake part for metanium mgl

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Where can I get the svs brake part for metanium mgl

As mentioned in the title I accidentally broke the svs brake part when I took it out from the spool. Anyone knows where can I get just that part instead of the whole spool assemble?

If you mean the entire svs brake block (with black plastic base) then you cannot buy it separately. You have to buy a new spool...

Thanks for the info and that what I thought. I will just order one from TackleTrap. $69 is not that bad for a new spool.

Might be worth a call to Shimano USA, you never know they might give you a break, they have always taken good care of me!
