this red reel

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Off the top of my head, I'd say either a 50th Anniversary Zillion or a PO TD-Z.

That has to be a Daiwa Zillion 50th Anniversary. Looks like there are some holes on the top of it, unlike the tdz.
I have a whole army of those that I use for the Delta, still my favorite Zillion, especially with an HLC spool. 8-)

Could be TRS 100p zillion

But I'm with the other guys, leaning 50th zillion.

Interesting that it appears to have newer style paddle knobs :-k :-k :-k
(On what looks like a straight handle at that...)

If that's Seth Feider's boat, it probably is a 50th anniversary. He's been /w daiwa for a long time and still uses PX Type Rs on a regular basis.

TRS only comes in right hand so that rules it out.

I'd wager that its a 50th Zillion.
I like TD-Z's

50th with new knobs looks right. My 50th has the new Zillion handle with Megabass corks on it.
