Curado 100B upgrade

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Curado 100B upgrade

I've tried emailing a couple reel shops directly but no responses yet. Does anyone know if there are aftermarket reel handles available that fit a Curado 100B? I have two and they're probably my favorite reels even though they are "outdated." I would like to upgrade to a newer, slightly longer reel handle (and star drag if need be) but don't know where to start online. Would appreciate any first-hand knowledge.

Check out HawgTech handles. There are many that will fit made by other brands like ZPi, Hedgehog Studio, RCS, and many more.

I put the curado g handle on mine. Is 86mm and has the bigger pg knobs. They can be found on ebay for around 20$. Tackle trap sells a bunch of factory shimano handles also
