Are they extra tight lipped this year?
I’m hoping for a curado 70k

I have been really campaigning for this too. A Curado 70 MGL would be even better, I just want to know what that little reel could achieve with about a 13 gram spool. Also I am not worried if the price jumps a bit, I just want to see a lighter spool, possibly an extra bearing supporting the main gear, and maybe the matte black of the 200K. I think that could be one of the best reels ever built.

I also am hoping this same thing with Daiwa, release of a new updated Pixy SV that is aimed more at the general population (around $300). Just sad that the more finesse oriented reels have not caught on like crazy, really wish BFS had too.

I was told of saltwater sized "sedonas" i think...Whatever is their 60 or 70$ reel. they are making larger sizes. Thought it was weird...but oh well.
A bigger nasci would have been ideal priced a tick above the socorro

I have found something
Looks like part metainium part curado with a new sideplate
I can’t get a pic to upload
It says it’s too large.

Could someone explain how to post a full size pic?

Just post a link if you can't manage the picture. I still don't know how, really need to step up myself and add photos of my stuff eventually.

Looks like anew MGL spool in the Aldebaran. I'm not sure if it's smaller or if it has a shallower spool.

Estimated price? Thank god I didn't blow Xmas money because my tow vehicle was down!!!

Correction: Well I translated like crazy, and found out a bit. It will (should) have aluminum sideplates and frame from what the author said. Will be priced right around $350, so between the Chronarch and Metanium. It should also weigh around 7.5oz which is heavier, but not too terrible. Couldn't find if the Micro Module is brass or aluminum though. Would really be interested in this reel, wish it was closer to $325 though or maybe a tad less.

Wow so it looks like the Aldebaran spool is dropping down to a 30 size, already looked pretty shallow. Some friends who have slightly heavier line on Curado 70's say they will nearly dump with a larger weight. A 30 size spool is getting semi-BFS shallow.

It's great and I think it would be perfect for round about 8lb FC. \:D/
