Backlash proof reel

Wanting to get wife a new reel for Christmas. She does fine with her chronarchs but sometime struggles in the wind and lighter baits. Throws mostly T-rigs but small shakeyheads can be tough. Thinking maybe a JDM Metanium dc or one of the Daiwa Zillions.
She uses a Loomis NRX 803 and a new GLX 782 and 783. What you guys think.

An SV spooled Daiwa. Nice control and handles the wind great without getting robbed for distance.

Most Daiwa SV reels. I haven't used the Steez, but the rest are very user friendly.

I own both. The Tatula is more user friendly. The Zillion casts further and is a little more free.

Why do you say more user friendly?

Harder to backlash.

Another note is that ithe can be had cheaper than the Zillion SV while being about 85% of what the Zillion is.

This is true, I was all about the lighter spool though and the features of the Zillion (even though they are by no means critical) so I have 2 Zillion SV TW and could possibly go for a 3rd. My wife has NO problem using the Zillion SV and she started on an SS/SV to practice. I totally understand why most would recommend the Tatula SV, and you can't go wrong with either.

Been Shimano for 25 years, never thought I would buy Daiwa! Bought the cheap Tatula about a month ago, that thing bombs cranks and top Water, pretty much unbacklashable. That’s the reason I asked about the Daiwa. Wanted you guys to say Shimano! Lol!!!

The Tatula SV TW was reviewed by TackleTour and won the Editor's Choice Award.

Here's one of the comments:

My initial thoughts on the SV TWS reel the second I unboxed it was just how attractive the new baitcaster was. Other CT reels look utilitarian in comparison to the SV TW and it is clear that Daiwa put some extra effort into trying to differentiate this Tatula from the rest of the lineup. It looks more “Zillion” than it does “Tatula.”

My take....The Tatula SV TW lists for $199.99, BUT I have bought them off dealers on eBay for $133.

I have Zillions SV TW and some Tatulas SV TW, and I really don't notice much difference.

It's a great value.
