Daiwa Z 2020 black ltd

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Yes, use it for big sq. bills like the megabass grenade and other 2oz. swimbaits. So far it has been a solid reel, plenty of power.

Love mine...casts a mile, feels like a tank. I've used mine for pitching big jigs, throwing frogs, & launching 1-2oz swimbaits.

Have any of you experienced paint peeling? And if anyone knows, are the paint failures limited to certain reels or are all black ltds prone to this problem?

Paint issue was there even on the original, but more of an easy to get scratched than peeling off just by holding it with glove on.

Doesn't bother me much as the reel itself is solid besides the plastic clutch bar.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this problem outside of the racing stripes black LTD. When it comes time to acquire a righty Z I'll buy used and have it painted.
