Considering a baitcaster finally.

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

The older i get i tend to use more spinning tackle. I can turn a big bass using spinning tackle with heavy power pro. The use of braided lines has really change bass fishing IMO. The bling factor seems to dominate the bait caster market imo.

If given a choice, I prefer Shimano's braking system slightly more than Abu Garcia's system. I am probably the only man alive who does not like Magforce Z at all.
