Will you want a new Daiwa Ryoga?

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Will you want a new Daiwa Ryoga?

Post by wirinhar » Thu Jul 27, 2017 8:42 am

Hi SIrs,

I have been searching ups and downs but I just can't find Ryoga 1016 for sale from any Japanese online stores.

Does anyone know where I can get or maybe Daiwa will come out a new version of Ryoga 1016 soon?

Any info will be much appreciated!!!

Thanks,
WW

Well if you can't find a Ryoga it looks like you are left with only one solution. Find a LIN 10 instead!

Thanks for info everyone!!!

Originally righty since I was a teenager and started using lefty 5-6 years ago and I am now back to righty.

I was actually looking for Ryoga 5.4:1 and I couldn't find it here at my local shops as well as online stores.

In Malaysia, There are plenty used lefty Ryoga and maybe 95% of anglers are lefty.

I have Lin 10 25th anniversary (left) and it is not good enough for our giant snakeheads in my very humble opinion.

Once again, Thank you for all infos.

Regards,
WW
