I have never bought from these guys and have no idea about their customer service for online ordering but I was looking for regular Lexa's last night and came across them, they have the CC models from the looks of it.

Is that the bait clicker model? Bought 2 and hated them. Line lay is literally the worst I have ever seen. Line guide travels back and forth twice as fast as any reel I have ever seen. Even with my fingers I couldn't get close to even line lay; and for me that is a no go.

The old lexa's are great fyi but they changed something on these new line counter and bait clicker models.

High speed level wind is probably optimised for braid.

Maybe but I've never seen such lumpy uneven line lay. The line-counter model does it too; not sure why braid would need to be optimized on a 100 sized trout reel; but not arguing.

I was bummed about it; as I am looking for a nice bait clicker 201/301 sized reel; and the Okuma and Daiwa Lexa are the only 2 I know of right now.

Was hoping the new Conquest 300/400 series had a bait clicker; but they do not.
