Daiwa T3 spool question
For the Daiwa T3 1016 reel I was wondering what spools one could swap into this reel vs the stock 1016 spool? I know the stock spool is very nice just was wondering what other spools will fit this reel. Thanks

Re: Daiwa T3 spool question
The sv 1000 is fantastic in the t3.
Great spool as you can use it in the steez/tdz/ platform as well
The SLP 1010 is also a fun spool
Any of the MB FX spools
ZPI mg spools for the tdz platform also work with a bearing change on the handle side of the spool shaft
MX and Ballistic spools are also cheap spare spool options
Haven't tried the DIY spools yet, heard good things (however quality control issues have surfaced)
SV 1000 would be my pick

SLP SV Steez 105
Zillion SV TW
Steez SV TW

Re: Daiwa T3 spool question
I had a 1016 with the SV1000 spool in it. That was a great match.

Re: Daiwa T3 spool question
I use a diy red spool in my t3 air as my braid spool and it is excellent, however that ship times arent fantastic...
