Origin Reels by 13 fishing?

anyone see these yet?



I really liked my concept a and KP, the inception seems like a good reel. Wonder if these are any good. They are trying really hard to get into the under 100$ reel category it looks like.

The Origin C looks cool in white, and it has an aluminium frame. I wish the spool was shallower though, and they show no picks of the brake setup.

Anyone see one in person yet?

After reading from this article ( http://www.tackletour.com/review13fishingconceptc.html ), I get the Concept C and hope to receive it today or tomorrow.

I was thinking of changing the side plate and the spool bearings and I wasn't sure the sizes so I contacted one3 and i was given the info that the spool bearing is 11x5.5x4 and the palm side bearing is 10x3.5x4.

Search on Boca and there are no such bearings' sizes from ABEC7...

Does anyone know where i can get those ceramic bearings that fit on Concept C ???

13 fishing put ceramic bearing in the KP reel, so you should be able to buy them from them. If you purchase the KP spool, it comes with the bearings as well

Thanks for info about the KP reel, Nik.

I asked about the spool from the shop I bought from SIngapore and the answer is they are only having reels and they don't carry spools for 13 fishing.

I should have read or asked more before I went for Concept C.

Anyway i still couldn't find those bearings for the Concept C

The spec of those bearings for Concept C from 13 fishing as below:

Spool Bearing(this is located on the shaft of the spool and held in with a pin) Size 11mm(Out)5.5mm(In)4mm(Thick)

Handle side Bearing(#53 on parts list) 8mm(Out)5mm(In)3mm(Thick)

Palm Side Bearing(#10 on parts list) 10mm(Out)3.5mm(In)4mm(Thick)
