Daiwa limited reels...production numbers?

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Does anyone know (about) how many of each model they released of the following Daiwa limited reels?

TD-Z Type R (2002)
TD-Z Ito 103M (2003)
TD-Z Type R+ (2004)
TD-Z Personal Order (2004)
TD-Z A.O.I. (2005)

With the personal order models, does anyone know which colors were the most/least produced? Thanks for the history lesson and best wishes on the water!
