Stradic FK 2500 and 3000 drag tension knob size?

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

If I buy a 3000 size spool for the 2500 reel would I need to buy a 3000 size drag tension knob? Also I was wondering if there was any weight difference in the ci4 spool and the fk spool?

AFAIK the only difference between #2500 and #3000 spool is the spool depth(line capacity). They should share the exact same knob, washers, etc.
