13 Fishing Concept A3

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

13 Fishing Concept A3

Post by MardukFIN » Thu Jan 26, 2017 1:22 pm

Hi!

Anyone tested or even seen this reel yet? How smooth it is? Does it have mechanical anti reverse pawl?
How refined it is compared with Daiwa Lexa 300, Okuma Komodo 3xx or Abu Revo Toro?

Now i have one. It's very nice for bigger lures. It's more refined than Komodo. Just little bit smaller, lighter and casts further. And looks super sexy!
Spooled 137m 80lb Whiplash.

Is this the one with the micro brass gears? Slick looking reel.

No. Gearing is very large. 65mm od. Hard As Mother gearing! 8-) It's brass coated with some other metal. Looks like aluminium.
