Daiwa SS 1300 spinning reel

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Is the line roller on the Daiwa SS series of spinning reels supported with a bearing? Thanks

I know the 700 and 1300's that I have aren't. It's been awhile since I had any of their bails apart, but I don't think that there is any place to put a bearing. You can google the parts diagram and it will come up on Daiwa's site.
