Shimano 2015 Alderbaran HG Japan Model

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Shimano 2015 Alderbaran HG Japan Model

I can't seem to find this reel anywhere in the states. Is there a difference between the US model and the Japan Model? They look like the exact same reel. Warranty issues? thanks

Same reel, no warranty if you buy direct from Japan. Much cheaper though...

Yeah ive noticed they are much cheaper. Can I still send them in for service/repair in the states?
