Daiwa took care of me.

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

I have a Daiwa baitcaster that started to feel rough on the retrieve. Instead of sending it in I put it away. Over the winter I was going over my tackle and realized that the warranty had run out on the reel six months earlier. I shipped the reel to Daiwa and within a couple of weeks the reel was returned. Daiwa installed a new main and pinion gear free of charge. Thanks Daiwa.
