tdz vs fuego

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Other than the gigas spool, v vs z brakes, what other differences are there between the tdz and the fuego?

4 bearing cork knob supported handle TD-Z.

Riveted rubber knobs with no bearing support Fuego.

Very reminiscent of the TD-Z.

TDZ has spool tension clickies...Fuego does not. The drag stars and spool tension knobs are different. The Fuego does not have a levelwind bearing. I think the gear materials are different, and the Fuego has a better and bigger stock drag.

The frame is the same size tho.
