Chronarch 50MG VS Core 50MG

I have a Chronarch 50MG that I really like. I also have a Core 100. How does the Chronarch 50 compare to the Core 50. Ive seen several Chronarch 50s for sale lately and was wondering if they should be snatched up or pay the extra for a NIB Core.

If you can get the Chronarch 50mg at a great price then do it. I have 3 Ch-51s and 2 Core 51s and I don't think it's worth the extra money to get the Core.

Honestly I feel like they fish so similarly that it comes down to Gear Ratio. It depends on your intended application.
Bottom contact, Topwater, Jerk, Rip, Flip: Core 51Mg 7.1:1
All around, Spinnerbait: Chronarch 51MG 6.2:1
Crank: BOB 5.8:1

But a Chronarch MG under $200 is probably the best deal online if you can find one in good working condition.

I have both. Core 50MG is very nice, I really like mine..but the Chronarch 50MG did it all for $100 less. If the Chronarch 50MG was still in the current reel line up, I'd still be buying

I used both extensively last summer. The chronarch is a nice reel, but IMO the core 50 is better hands down. It comes with a price, but it is a excellent reel.
