Right is wrong!

I tried to force myself to right hand retrieve because it was "the correct way". I finally gave in and picked up a left hand retrieve and will never look back.

a sub 6.1/1 gear ratio in left is virtually (no, it is actually) impossible.

I'm left handed. Write left handed , throw, etc but I feel right handed both casting and spinning

I am right handed, but reel lefthand. I tried to use the right hand retrieve reels, just didn't work for me. When i started it just felt awkward an unnatural . Then i tried a left hand retrieve reel, and never looked back.

I'm a right handed person, so I tried reeling with my right hand but never felt comfortable. I reel with my left and hold the rod with my right hand--> perfect for me.

Mostly lefty, But can fish either way. Been throwing deep cranks righty as I can't find a lefty in lower gear ratio from Daiwa. Might order some from one of the JDM parts guys.

Any recommendations on who I might get the quickest serve? Pretty sure the 1016SV-L gears will fit the ZLNTW100HL.

I'm right handed and fishing left handed reels, it feels natural to me. Maybe it's because I'm holding the rod in my right hand, not sure but I've tried right hand reels it just doesn't feel right. My only complaint like a few others, is reel companies not making low gear ratio left hand casting reels. My brother switched over to left handed reels recently after using a few of mine and he's right handed also.

I'm shocked at the results as well. I wonder when the reel manufacturers will catch on.

they wont.

they will tell use "we" are wrong, and that in fact, the entire world reels right, except for a handful of pain in the arse left handed anglers...

but in the end, there are costs associated with building reels in both hands...and those costs reduce the $$profit$$.

so instead they will try and tell us we should reel right, with our dominant hand, and cast, jerk, and set the hook with non dominant arm......

of course that doesn't make sense....but if it has been like that way since the 80's...than it must be correct. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)
