How to set the Curado 200E7 Brake Settings

I use two brakes opposite from each other but I am surprised because i´ve read there are people say that they use the breaks opposite or not  , I was thinking if you don`t put the breaks in opposite way you have backlash :?:

I use two brakes on my curado but I have to use four on my chronarch with light lures and 15 lb flourocarbon. Must be the better berrings?

could be that or different spool weights...also different rods, you'd be surprised how much rods can make a difference.
