To clarify, are you asking about the spinning version: STAGS711MLFS | 7'1" MedLight, Fast, 5-12lb, 1/8-3/8oz, "Finesse Game Special" or the casting version: STAGS681LFB | 6'8" Light, Fast, 5-12lb, 1/8-3/8oz, "Finesse Game Special"? They have similar specifications but, in my experience, have different on-the-water characteristics.

I'm not sure which version the original poster is referring to (assume the casting version) but I'm interested in hearing about the spinning version. Would this be a good rod for 3/16-1/4oz drop shots and throwing finesse jig heads with 2-3" plastics? Any thoughts on how it compares to the 7'6" MML "The One"? Sorry for the hijack.
