Powell VS Dobyns

Looking to add another skipping rod. Currently I have all Powell rods with the exception of a tatula elite that I am currently using as my skipping rod. %99 of the time this rod will be used for throwing 5/16 or 3/8 oz jigs. The two rods that I am looking at are listed below

Dobyns champion extreme hp 705
Powell Max 705

Would be worth the money to step up to the dobyns 724 Xtasy?

I have a Champion 705, and it's not whippy enough for me to use for skipping. I wouldn't imagine that the Extreme or Xtasy are any better...
