I was looking at Kistler's Zbone offerings with the X-Ray blank, and found that they don't have any short ML spinning rods. 7' is the shortest, which seems just a little long. I inquired about getting a custom Zbone made and Kistler wants $600 for one. Seems a bit hefty given how low they drop standard Zbones on sale and how much the actual blank costs.
Where might I inquire about getting a custom NFC X-Ray rod made and if there are multiple people I should check with, are there any recommendations based on price or lead time or customer service or anything like that?
Thanks!!
