USA Destroyer Oneten Special rod

Can anyone explain the characteristics of this rod like power, tape, working a lure, and on load? I already have a jerkbait rod but from handling one time at a shop I feel the rod can do much more. Anyone else has this rod and use it for something else?

I use mine for topwaters, light Texas rigs, shakyheads when I want to use a baitcaster for that, small swimbaits on jigheads, finesse cranks etc. I have a couple because I found it to be so versatile.

It's a little more fast action than I expected. I thinking would be a good topwater rod. Squrebills and probably lightnplastics as Mark mentioned
