id recommend the nrx 852s except i wouldnt like 1/2oz plus plastic (or even 3/8oz) but it will handle it fine.

the LE 6'8" mxf would be a good choice.

i havent fished the new glx 853 but it might be worth looking into. loomis MH are less powerful than st. croix MH but still prob not the best choice for the lighter stuff on your list.
