Megabass dropshot rod casting

looking for 6’11” to 7’0”
megabass rod that can be used for a casting dropshot setup that is in production now

2016 Destroyer F3-610X Hein - it's 1" short of your target, but you won't miss it. It's a phenomenal rod in general, I wouldn't want to toss really light drop shots with it, but it is as close as you'll get to your specs.

love the hein. although i havent fished DS with it, i think it would be a great choice except for the very light stuff.

ive done weightless plastics, shakey head, shallow cranks and smaller topwater.

such a fun rod, def a keeper.

So i have to ask how much better is the carbon head version or at least what is the significance of the carbon head version?

SiC guides on the Carbon Head versions vs Alconite on the ‘16 Destroyers...and The hood on the Carbon Head models are similar to the ‘17 US Destroyers.
