Went to the Tackle Trap web site to look at another Conquest and found that they are not listed anymore. No G Loomis rods.
Any one know whats up? If you don't want to post it, Please PM .

TT is/was on 90 suspension from Loomis late last year, couple threads/posts on it a few months back.

Thinking about the 905 for jigs and double for a A-rig rod. Anyone have any feedback they can provide on this particular model?

I’ve been looking at the conquest
I’m curious as to why they didn’t have rods between 7’0” and 7’6”???

I’m thinking about the 904 though and that would be paired with my Antares
But I’m not sure. I probably need another Antares
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible

Loomis got some bad press here recently for build quality for good reason. So, let me also show some positive.

Conquest 904C has mad GONADS. Here they are on display. This cat hammered my swimbait and then went on a run. I don't know why bass anglers are always so disappointed by the random cat attack; it's a rush. First thought: new PB? second thought: lost submarine? Then realize it's a cat. Took me around 30-40 sec just to turn it around. CQ 904 handled it like a champ.

I have 3 Conquests and plan on adding at least 1 more. So far in the line up, CNQ 842s , CNQ 843s and a CNQ 903c.
I also have the 2016 series GLX 842 , 843 and 844. Any one want to give any recommendations for my next casting rod in the Conquest line and what you would use it for?

Has anyone compared weights of the same model vs NRX? I gotta think with the split grip and recoils the NRX's would be a hair lighter... Thanks!! Trying to justify the extra coin these things cost...and I actually like the split grip on the NRX a lot more so I'm cautiously feeling this out before dropping coin

depends on the model with regards to exact weight, the 842c feels lighter and more balnced than the 852. The 903/904 might weigh more than the 893/894 due to full handle and added length but they do feel more balanced.

Thanks. If you have both you should scale them sometime:)
