hmm, it was a observation to the video previously posted...I could swear he said "...k-guides stainless steel outside..." at minute 1:39, maybe he's talking about a different rod?

Oh ok... i didn't watch the video... if he did say that about the Conquest rods then he just didn't know what he was talking about. Like his claim they're more sensitive than NRX

Anyway, Cal, am I correct in saying that the reel seat on this new rod is the same as the NRX in that they attempt to glue to foregrip butt directly to the blank? (rather than having a one piece reel seat, ala GLX, etc) .
