Poison Adrena question

Medium feels like a JDM taper power finesse rod to me. How much more power should I expect with the medium heavy? Do the powers and tapers of the 2 piece models differ much from the 1 piece?
Would you rather -
Throw half ounce total weight paddle tails with the medium power models
OR
Throw light 3/16 oz total weight wacky rigs with the medium heavy models
I'm looking for the more universal model between the two. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

3/16 go with the mh. 1/2 go w the heavy rod. Of the two i like the heavy more. I can set a 1/2oz fine, but gotta set the hook like a bassmaster pro get the mh you will not be disappointed. Especially w the clearance prices of the adrena line
