Whopper Plopper 130 Rod?

What are your guys opinions on Rod selection for the Whopper Plopper 130? I've thrown it on an NRX 873 and it wasn't ideal. Will be using braid for sure. Thoughts?

I just ordered some of the 130's and 90's. I will be throwing the 130 on a Tatula 7'2"MHRB.

The 130's are heavy for a MH rod, I would go with a heavy weight for sure.

The Hammer Swim Bait rod is great for the 130 sized WP...

If you want to go enthusiast, the Megabass Power Versatile is an excellent option as well...

Cummara reaction 7'11" mhxf with a zillion type r on it. Works for me. I also throw buzzjets on it.

The Tactical Bassin' guys swear by the Dobyns DX 784C for the Whopper Plopper.
